How long does delivery take?

Our delivery times are within 5-7 working days for main city centres and within 7 working days for outlying areas. Although we do everything we can to deliver on time things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. How much does delivery cost?

The delivery fee is calculated in the first step of the checkout, and is dependent on your location.
Please note that shipping and handling is calculated per 12 bottles of wine. This means the cost of delivering a case of 2, 6 or 12 bottles is the same. Please feel free to mix and match wines to make up a case should you wish. To reduce the risk of breakage, it is advisable to order in multiples of 6 or 12.

Order Tracking and Delivery

To track your order, please contact us at wine@springfieldestate.com and quote your order invoice number. Upon delivery of the wine, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the wine for any faults, defects or damage. In the event of breakages or missing items please indicate it on the POD and contact us to replace it for you. Deliveries take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please indicate whether there is a specific time that a delivery needs to be made under ‘order notes’. Anyone authorised to receive the wine on your behalf can take delivery of your order, but they MUST be of legal age. This means 18+ in South Africa. Our courier might ask for identification and is entitled to refuse delivery if proof of legal age can’t be produced.
